Charge Back Agreement
By purchasing any product, you agree to all TCC Porcelain terms and conditions.
By receiving an RMA number you authorize TCC Porcelain to charge your account
or credit card on file for any or all replacement parts and labor in the
event of damage caused by improper packaging.

Prepaid, credit card provided at time of order. Orders may be billed
to Visa, Master Card or American Express.

Order Status
When placing an order online, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number and a link where to
check the status of your order. You are free to click on this link as often as you feel like, or log into your account

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Texas are subject to 8.5% sales tax.
Why do I have to register with your site?
You do not need to register with us to browse our store. You are welcome
to visit us, look through our inventory, and comparison shop without registering.
However, you must register during the process of the first order only.
Your registration gives us the information we need to contact you to confirm and ship your order,
provide you with access to order status information, and contact you in
the event of a problem with your order.
30 Day Return - 10 Days Exchange/Upgrade Policy
At THE CHINA CORNER, we have a very liberal exchange policy. If you are
not 100% satisfied with your order, TCC Porcelain will exchange or upgrade the product
within 10 days of your purchase at no extra charge. (excluding shipping
charges)

As soon as your product is received at the receiving warehouse,
your credit card will be credited for the price of the product. Each case
will be evaluated on an individual basis and may be subject to one or
more of the following:
Deducting a 15% restocking fee (on all returned / refused items).
Deducting shipping charges.
Deducting for missing or damaged items.
Deducting for damage cause by misuse, improper packing or under insured.
KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL
Damage claims is NOT POSSIBLE without ALL packing material.
If packing materials are lost or discarded,
claims for damaged or defective product cannot be accepted. All parts
and components must be re-packed into their original packing material**.
* Only defective, damaged or factory-sealed supplies are eligible for
return under the terms of our 30-day return policy. In all other cases,
supply that has been opened or has a broken seal is not eligible for return (See specific garanty for kiln).
** You are responsible for any or all damages due to your improper packaging.

Product Availability & Shipping
Occasionally, our stock may be depleted due to high demand or factory
delays.
Shipping Damage
Report any damage or breakage to us immediately upon receipt of your merchandise.
You must retain all packing material for two weeks for the carrier's inspection.
The carrier has signed that your package was received in good condition
from our warehouse, therefore we must file a damage claim with the carrier.
International Orders
TCC Porcelain is pleased to offer our International Customers the opportunity to
purchase most of the products presented on our web sites. In addition,
we cannot offer the 30 day money back guarantee on items shipped overseas, however TCC Porcelain will review each case on an individual basis.
Currently all international orders must be paid online by credit card.
Please allow up to one week for processing. International Customers:

status or any additional charges ( Freight, Taxes or Tariff ) that may
accrue before you can proceed with this order. Please remember that we
cannot provide you with an accurate Quotation of your freight expense
